From start to finish, the experience is online, with digital signing of the lease agreement, deposit account setup, and a tenant portal providing a complete overview of payments. You can also communicate directly with the Alva team through the portal. All our apartments are equipped with digital locks, allowing you to use your mobile phone as a key, offering a modern and convenient rental experience.

Predictable costs
Renting a home provides you with predictable monthly expenses, which simplifies budgeting and planning in other areas of your life. You don't have to worry about interest rate increases or unexpected maintenance costs as you would when owning a home. The rent is adjusted annually in line with the consumer price index, and this adjustment occurs no sooner than 12 months after the lease agreement is signed, with at least 30 days' prior notice.

Flexibility
Alva offers flexible rental agreements with a minimum lease term of 12 months up to 3 years, perfect for students or those ready for their next adventure. We make it easy to get started with just a 2-month deposit. Alternatively, you can opt for a rental guarantee, a one-time fee equivalent to 16% of the agreed deposit, providing even more flexibility.
