Digital process
We have adopted a seamless and fully digital tenant process to make it convenient for you. From start to finish you will discover an online experience to make everything more accessible, from digital signing of the tenancy agreement, creating a deposit account, a tenant portal with a complete overview of payments and chat with our Alva team. In addition, all our apartments now have digital locks where you simply use your mobile phone as your key.

Predictable costs
Renting is a great way to budget; predictable monthly costs make it easier to plan other parts of your life. No need to worry about increased interest rates, cleaning the stairs or unforeseen costs due to building maintenance. The rent is adjusted annually according to the consumer price index. This can only be done 12 months after the lease has been entered, with a minimum of 30 days' notice.

We want to ensure that you get the most out of your local area and community by offering exclusive offers and benefits from and with local suppliers. We are also partnering up with handpicked companies so you as our tenants can benefit from great deals on useful services such as content insurance, cleaning, moving services and so on.
Flexibility
Alva offers a flexible lease agreement with a minimum 12-month tenancy up to 3 years. Great if you are a student or on the go to your next adventure. We also make it easier to get started and are asking only 2 months deposit. Alternatively, we also offer you a rental guarantee, a one-time fee equivalent to 16% of 3 months’ rent.
